    I like the spreadsheet.

    It is a little hard to tell on some of the rows if you mean gain the strength of the new form or retain original strength. I think spell casting is retain characters spell casting Y/N and strength refers to gain strength of new form Y/N

      Thanks, you're right that was a bit unclear, and you did parse it correctly (Is normal spell use maintained by the PC? Is strength gained by the new form?)
